This Christmas we have two wonderful Santa experiences to transport your little angels to a winter wonderland to meet Santa Claus himself.

Santa and the Snow returns for a second year with some very festive updates and a new Fast Track option while Dine with Santa will run for the 7th year in its magical tried and trusted format.

PLEASE NOTE: Please check-in via the Santa and the Snow hut at the Main Intu Braehead building, on the ground floor, next to Costa Coffee and Yo Sushi.
Please do not go directly to the Soar Intu building unless you have booked Fast Track or Dine with Santa, or you may miss the train experience.

We have a policy of one adult to one child to ensure that the rooms are not overcrowded and the children get the best possible experience which we ask you to adhere to. Additional adults, as per our T&C’s are subject to availability on the day.

Fantastic day at Snow Factor seeing Santa. I have 3 kids of different ages and they all had the best day still talking about it now, my son is still doing the elf dance and my girls love their baubles on the tree. A great family day, want to go back and the snow fun that is free of charge was a great end to a family day.

Santa and the Snow 2018

Atmosphere was busy but full of spirit.. elves kept the children singing dancing and excited to meet Santa, to whom was a fantastic Santa. He was so full of fun with the kids and adults also, spent time with the kids individually after reading their story but mostly for me he kept the tradition of visiting Santa with a picture of my son sitting on his lap. Hats off to Santa he made a believer out of my son and i had one happy excited little boy.

Santa and the Snow 2018

Brunch with Santa – Amazing experience. Went for my sons 7th Birthday with 3 children and 2 adults, had brunch with Santa. When Santa arrived , he was lovely – my son said this is the real Santa …. he was amazing real beard, kind face, very patient, friendly and jolly.
