Snow Factor Gift Vouchers

Gift Memories that last a lifetime

PLEASE NOTE:

As we are closed temporarily due to the latest Government guidelines, we are extending our gift vouchers validity to start from the date we reopen.

We normally post the physical gift card to you within 3 working days of your payment however as we are closed, this will happen when we return to standard operations.

Instead, we have added a download to your email confirmation which can be given to your loved one by printing or emailing. This is not your voucher (which will still arrive in the post once we have reopened) but something to pop in a card or gift in its place. The recipient will still need to bring the physical (credit card style) voucher with them on the day, or when booking in order to redeem it.

DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: Vouchers will be issued on our return to the centre with a full validity period starting from this date. There is a download attached to voucher confirmations which will allow you to print or email this to your chosen recipient while you await your voucher.

  • There will be a £1.00 postage & packaging charge added to all voucher purchases made over the phone or online.
  • Vouchers will be processed and dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class within 3 working days of payment being completed.
  • We deliver to the UK only.
  • Last orders for Christmas delivery will be the Tuesday 18th December.

 

THE NEED TO KNOWS

KEY VOUCHER T&C’s

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from our return to standard operations.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed over the phone or at reception.
  • Vouchers may be used at Snow Factor and for pre-booked sessions at Baltic Ice Bar Glasgow.
  • Future bookings will be accepted, with the activity or session taking place after your vouchers have expired providing it is booked prior to the expiry.
  • Snow Factor will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to gift vouchers.
  • Should you be unable to use your voucher due to extenuating circumstances or wish to extend your voucher please contact our Customer Care Team prior to it expiring (admin fee may apply).
  • All voucher sales are final.
