About World Snow Day

World Snow Day was launched in 2007 by the International Ski Federation as part of a campaign to “Bring Children to the Snow”. The campaign has grown each year and now, on one day per year, simultaneous events will occur all around the world to celebrate all things snow and encourage children and families to enjoy and explore the snow. This is for the largest day on snow each year!
