As Glasgow’s premier Snowsports Centre, we are proud to recognise the skills and professionalism of our staff.

Ice Factor Group, the owner of Snow Factor Glasgow, Scotland’s only indoor snowsports facility and of Ice Factor Kinlochleven, the West Highland home of the world’s largest indoor ice-climbing centre, has announced several key promotions within its management team.

Fraser Weir (pictured) who joined Snow Factor Braehead in 2012 after serving for 27 years in the Police has been promoted from Customer Care Manager to Operations Director at Snow Factor Glasgow.

Scott Hanlon, previously assistant customer care manager has been promoted to Customer Care Manager for Snow Factor. Ross Gilchrist has stepped up to Slope Operations & Snowsports School Manager and will be supported by Dyllan Munro as Slope Administrator.

Snow Factor annually welcomes over 130,000 visitors and with its own ski and snowboarding lesson structure that attracts over 25 thousand participants each year, is an important contributor to the flow of enthusiasts using Scotland’s five mountain resorts.
